Each session is client led & non-directive, meaning you are in total control of areas you wish to explore.

Sessions last 50 mins which are normally on a
weekly basis.
If you would prefer either less or
more frequent, this can be arranged.
The standard charge is £35 per hour,
but this is negotiable depending on
your circumstances.
All sessions are strictly confidential.
There are no limits on how many sessions you can have,
but we can discuss this in more detail during your
intial appointment.
